Established in the Georgian era of 1750, Royal Crown Derby manufactures the world’s finest tableware in the very heart of England. The insightful exhibition presents some of the rarest and earliest pieces created in Derby history, including an incredibly detailed 18th century ornamental clock, which is one of only a few to have ever been made.
Information in the new exhibition is taken from surviving documents and letters dating back to the Georgian period, giving a fascinating and a deeper understanding into Royal Crown Derby’s heritage and reputation with members of the high society.
