Some of our rates can be subject to change or cancellation at short notice for all of us. With our rates, you can either amend or cancel your stay free of charge within a clearly defined period before arrival.
FULL FLEX - PAY NOW
The Full Flex rate below is for the room only and can be amended on a like-for-like basis or cancelled by 2 p.m. the day before arrival. Payment is required at the time of booking.
FULL FLEX - PAY LATER
The Full Flex rate is for the room only and can be amended on a like-for-like basis or cancelled by 2 p.m. the day before arrival. Payment will be taken within 24 hours of arrival.
SEMI-FLEX
The Semi Flex rate below is for the room only and can be amended on a like-for-like basis 72 hours the day before arrival, cancelled but is non-refundable. Payment will be taken at the time of booking. This rate is not available for privilege cardholders. ADVANCE PURCHASE
Once booked, these rates are non-refundable, non-transferable or can be cancelled; however, you will not be given any refund. It’s important to remember our Advance Purchase is our cheapest rate because it is the least flexible.
It’s essential to ensure you’re happy with the terms and conditions of the rate you choose before you book, as we won’t be able to offer changes or refunds outside the amendment or cancellation window for the product you choose.
Remember, this includes - but is not limited to - reasons such as government guidance, travel restrictions or the closure or limited public transport service. However, in the event the government introduces stricter lockdown measures which make it illegal to stay at the hotel you’ve booked, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
