Reopening Information

COVID-19 Update

Following the Government announcement on Sunday evening (10th May 2020) outlining the phased approach to ease restrictions put in place to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, our pubs and hotel room closure will be extended until further notice. 

New Bookings

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, we will not be accepting any new bookings for stays from 13th May to 3rd July.

Existing bookings

If you have made a reservation to stay with us between 13th June and 3rd July, via an online booking agent like Booking.com or Expedia, please look out for a cancellation notification from your agent. Please follow the instructions in the notification to confirm cancellation and receive a refund for any payments made.

If you have made a reservation directly with us on our website or over the phone, to stay between 13th June and 3rd July, this will now be cancelled and any payments fully refunded. 

Our Central reservation team are standing by Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm to help with your queries.  You can contact them by pressing Option 2 when calling the hotel number or email centralreservations@marstons.co.uk. Please bear with us, as we are receiving a large volume of calls/emails from guests with queries.

We continue to assess the situation daily and have closely aligned ourselves with the latest government advice and guidance. We hope our doors won’t remain closed for too long and look forward to welcoming you back soon
