COVID-19 Update

It is with a heavy heart that we confirm that our pub and hotel rooms will be closed until further notice. This is in response to Government measures announced on 23rd March 2020 to enforce social distancing and therefore reduce the spread of Coronavirus.

New bookings

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, we will not be accepting any new bookings for stays from 24th March to 12th June.

Existing bookings

If you have made a reservation to stay with us between 25th March and 12th June, via an online booking agent like Booking.com or Expedia, we are unable to amend or cancel your booking.  You will need to do this directly with the travel agent.  They have been updated with our revised cancellation policy. If you have made a reservation directly with us on our website or over the phone, to stay between 25th March and 12th June, this can be amended for a future date or subsequently cancelled and fully refunded if no suitable date available. 

If you are a key worker and need accommodation in order to carry out your job then please contact the hotel to discuss this. 

Our Central reservation team are standing by Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm to help with your queries.  You can contact them by pressing Option 2 when calling the hotel number or email centralreservations@marstons.co.uk. Please bear with us, as we are receiving a large volume of calls/emails from guests with queries.

We continue to assess the situation daily and have closely aligned ourselves with the latest government advice and guidance. We hope our doors won’t remain closed for too long and look forward to welcoming you back soon
