  1. How do I book?

    You can book easily through our website. Choose your location, date and requirements from the form on our website and we'll tell you whats available and at what price.

  2. Can I book over the phone?

    Of course, no problem. Search for the inn of choice and you'll find the phone number to call. We'll be happy to check availability and book you in.

  3. What are your check in and check out times?

    Our standard check in from 2pm, and check out time is 11am, however there may be some local differences at some of our inns. Check their page on this website or contact the hotel directly.

  4. What facilities can I find in your rooms?

    All of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms, a hair dryer, tea & coffee making facilities, fresh towels and a TV with Freeview. Everything you need for a comfortable night's stay.

  5. Are dogs allowed?

    We do not allow dogs in our inns, unless they are a support dog. Please give your chosen Inn a call to confirm if this is possible before booking.

  6. What is there to do in the area?

    We've inns in some great locations surrounded by fantastic countryside, bustling towns & cities or superb coastlines. You'll never be short of things to do. To find out about a specific inn, search for them by clicking the 'Locations' page and scroll down to the map showing nearby attractions, or you will see some FourSquare promoted activity on each inn page.

  7. How do I access the free Wi-Fi?

    The free Wi-Fi can be accessed by choosing 'Marston's Wi-Fi' from the list and signing up using your email address.

  8. How do I claim my 20% off food?

    All you need is proof that you're staying at the inn. Use your room key or a copy of your booking confirmation.

  9. What time is breakfast served?

    Our breakfast serving times vary by inn. When you check in, our staff members will fill you in on the times but feel free to call the inn prior to your check in to ask.

  10. Is there parking at the Inn?

    Parking varies inn by inn and is based on location. Search for your local hotel by clicking on the Locations link and the parking details will be featured on the inn's page.

  11. Do I have to pay upfront for my booking?

    No. When booking through our website, we will take your card details but no money will be taken until your arrival and check in.

  12. Do all Marston's pubs have rooms?

    We've many pubs stretching the length and breadth of the UK but not all of our pubs have rooms. You'll find all of our inns on this website and you can find details of our pubs here

  13. I'd like to make a group booking, how do I do this?

    Making a group booking is easy. Visit the Locations page on our website; tick the 'group bookings' box and search. This will bring up all Inns that offer group bookings and allow you to book the number of rooms you require online.

  14. We're staying as a family, do you have a children's menu?

    Yes, we do. Check out the individual inn's webpage to see the children's menu.

  15. Do I need to book a table for dinner during my stay?

    This depends on the Inn you're staying at. Give the inn a call and our staff members will be happy to book you in, if they take bookings.

  16. How do I get a VAT receipt for my stay?

    When checking in, request a VAT receipt from the member of staff helping you. They'll be happy to print one for you.

  17. Is there somewhere to store my bags prior to check in?

    This depends on the space we have at the Inn. Give them a call to check prior to your stay.
